The financial scenarios, models, and data you create remain yours. We don't claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide our services.

We take data security seriously—your information is encrypted and stored according to Australian privacy standards. But here's something important: while we implement strong security measures, you're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into our system.

Data Usage and Storage

• Platform branding and trademarks remain our property
• You can't redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from our software

Disclaimers and Financial Advice

Here's something crucial: corivantalor provides modeling tools, not financial advice. The scenarios you create are projections based on the data you input—they're not guarantees or recommendations for specific financial decisions.

Our algorithms process numbers and generate scenarios based on mathematical relationships. They don't account for every possible variable in real-world finance. Market conditions change, unexpected events happen, and regulations shift. Always consult with qualified financial professionals before making significant financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

We've built corivantalor to be reliable and accurate, but we need to be clear about limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

This includes financial losses from decisions based on models created in our system, business interruptions, or data loss despite our backup systems. Our total liability for any claims related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue occurred.

Specific Exclusions

• We're not responsible for decisions you make based on model outputs
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control aren't our liability
• Third-party service disruptions that affect our platform
• Losses from unauthorized account access due to your security lapses

Indemnification

General Provisions

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. You can't transfer your rights under this agreement without our consent.

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between us regarding corivantalor's use. They replace any previous agreements or understandings about our service.
